Back in mid-December, The Reward Practice held its third annual End of Year Wrap Up at Optus Stadium with a terrific turnout of over 40 professionals from both public and non-listed companies around Perth.

The day featured 3 unique sessions –

  • A Breakfast Session covering remuneration strategies and insights for public companies
  • A Lunch and Learn Session designed for professionals who were looking to expand their knowledge of Board & Executive remuneration

The unprecedented impact of the pandemic and the uncertain economic outlook affirms that fair and adaptable remuneration strategies with a focus on variable pay are likely to gain momentum in 2021.
