Back in mid-December, The Reward Practice held its third annual End of Year Wrap Up at Optus Stadium with a terrific turnout of over 40 professionals from both public and non-listed companies around Perth.
The day featured 3 unique sessions –
- A Breakfast Session covering remuneration strategies and insights for public companies
- A Lunch and Learn Session designed for professionals who were looking to expand their knowledge of Board & Executive remuneration
- A Sundowner Session focussing on remuneration strategies and insights for private companies
We shared our findings from the past year, including in-depth analysis from our national 2020 Remuneration Pulse Survey and TRP ASX database. The unprecedented impact of the pandemic and the uncertain economic outlook affirms that fair and adaptable remuneration strategies with a focus on variable pay are likely to gain momentum in 2021.
It was wonderful to discuss board, executive and broad based remuneration over round tables with professionals from a range of industries.
We received great feedback about the events from attendees including:
“Thank you for inviting us. It was really informative and a great introduction to what The Reward Practice can offer. I look forward to staying in touch.”
“Possibly another 10 minutes of questions (would have been useful) but I thought it was terrifically well organised. The slide deck was so informative.”
“Great location and set-up, thanks for a great event and sharing your insights.”
If you would like further information on how to structure your company’s remuneration for greater ROI, we invite you to catch up with us over a coffee or call. Now that we are well into 2021, it’s an ideal time to consider how your remuneration and rewards strategy is working for your business.
